Insights page is all about understanding the important things that drive a business from their customer’s POV and how we go about collecting that data. One of the most important things we do before the creative process takes place is try to get inside the mind of our client’s customer, or the target audience we’re trying to reach. The language and imagery we use comes from the knowledge and understanding we have from learning about the customer. Information is derived in a variety of ways depending on the scenario we’re operating under. One on one interviews are common in gaining quality information. More broad-based discovery comes from gathering data through surveys and quantitative means. Designing an appropriate insights campaign will help us define our audience better and set parameters for creative development of brand identities.
